Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation or order placement (for Cash on Delivery orders). Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.

Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery within Pakistan typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas.

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on all orders over Rs. 4,000 across Pakistan.
• Orders below Rs. 4,000 will incur a standard delivery charge, calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order upon arrival.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (if available from our courier partner) via email or WhatsApp, so you can monitor your delivery status.

Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, FOX WATCHES is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. FOX WATCHES is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
